Trusscore Trims
Trusscore offers a variety of PVC-based framing, finishing, and specialty trims in both white and gray to help you complete any project. Explore all your options below.
Framing Trims
Framing out your wall or ceiling with trims is one of the first steps you’ll take when starting your Trusscore project. Trusscore offers four trims that are designed to frame wall, window, and door perimeters, and to accommodate product transitions.
½” J Trim
½” J Trim
A pre-punched perimeter trim used to frame Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard installations in residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. Use for top and bottom of walls, window and door perimeters, and inside corners.
¾” J Trim
¾” J Trim
A perimeter trim used to frame Trusscore SlatWall and RibCore by Trusscore installations. Use for top and bottom of walls, inside corners, and SlatWall framing.
H Channel
Snap-In Kit
H Channel
Snap-In Kit
A two-piece, snap-in trim designed to address panel joints, product transitions, and to accommodate panel expansion or contraction. Use for panel joints, and product transitions.
Finishing Trims
For a smooth and seamless finish, use these Trusscore trims to address outside corners, window and door perimeters, and to top off a Trusscore SlatWall assembly.
Inside Cove Corner
Inside Cove Corner
A concave trim designed to complete inside corners with a clean and seamless finish. This trim is easy to clean and can be used to direct water away from walls in high moisture environments. Use for inside corners, and top and bottom of walls.
Outside Corner
Outside Corner
A trim designed to address 90° corners and perimeters. Available in small (1 ¼" x 1 ¼") and large (2" x 2") sizes. Use for outside corners, windows and door perimeters.
Outside Corner Rounded
Outside Corner Rounded
A trim designed to form smooth, bullnosed outside corners for applications that require a softer touch. Use for outside corners.
SlatWall Top Cap
SlatWall Top Cap
A finishing trim for the top of a Trusscore SlatWall assembly that prevents dust and dirt from accumulating behind the panels. Use for top of SlatWall installations.
Specialty Trims
Every Trusscore installation is unique, and some will require special considerations and specialty trims to complete. For bottom wall transitions, angled wall- and ceiling-to-ceiling transitions, and soffits and bulkheads, these Trusscore specialty trims have your project covered.
Base Trim
Base Trim
A transition trim that can be used to address the transition between wall panels and a concrete floor. This trim can also be used to create a drip edge in high-moisture environments. Use for bottom wall transitions and high moisture environments.
F Trim
F Trim
A trim for specialized Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard applications that include soffit or bulkheads, and for completing corners of RibCore installations. Use for soffit and bulkhead transitions, and inside and outside corners of RibCore installations.
45° H Channel
45° H Channel
A transition trim for installations where two walls come together at an angle.
Use for angled ceiling-to-ceiling transitions, and angled wall-to-ceiling transitions.
Trim Installation Tips
Like all Trusscore products, trims require no special tools or skills to install. Simply follow these tips and recommendations to ensure a seamless installation process.
Cutting Trims
Tin snips are the safest and easiest tool to use when cutting trims. For a cleaner cut, avoid closing the blades at the end of a stroke.
Spacing Trims
It’s essential that you leave a minimum of ¼" of clearance at the ends of all panels and trims to allow for expansion and contraction.
Fastening Trims
Trusscore trims can be installed with any readily available wood (corrosion-resistant) screws with a minimum head diameter of 3/8", but we recommend different types of screws for different wall assemblies.
Stainless steel screws are only required for highly corrosive or moist environments. Trims should be screwed into the substrate at least once every 24" and least 4" from the end of the panel.
Corner trims are the exception. Large and small Outside Corner trims should be installed with silicone caulk adhesive to avoid visible screws.
